(a) Freezer; On or about January 3, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to slip and trip hazards, in that the employer did not ensure aisleways and walk-working surfaces were clear of debris such as but not limited to paper, shrink wrap and loose boxes of products, while order selectors and forklift operators work in the area.
