CMSC, Warehouse, Bldg. 22105: On and/or before January 4, 2023, employee(s) used pallet racks to load and unload heavy equipment. The pallet racks did not have any postings of safe load limits. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to Tip over/crushing hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times. Back Warehouse Area, bldg. 22105: On and/or before January 4, 2023, a ceiling panel near the storage area in the back warehouse was improperly installed. This condition would delay the activation of the sprinkler system(s) preventing a proper fire/smoke barrier and restricting the movement of smoke in accordance with NFPA 101 8.5.1. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire and smoke inhalation hazard(s).
