29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i):Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by elevation of 8 feet (2.44 m) or more above the floor or other working surface and so installed as to exclude unqualified persons: (a) On or about January 5, 2024, the employer did not ensure live wires were above 8 feet from walking/working surface in building A on the 3rd floor on the east end near the elevator and stairwell. This exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: (a) On or about January 5, 2024, the employer did ensure that the east stairways in Building A had at least one handrail installed presenting a fall hazard to employees. (b) On or about January 5, 2024, the employer did ensure that the west stairways in Building A had at least one handrail installed presenting a fall hazard to employees. (c) On or about January 5, 2024, the employer did ensure that the east stairways in Building D had at least one handrail installed presenting a fall hazard to employees.
