Inside the warehouse facility located at One Imeson Park Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32218: On or about January 4, 2024, the employer exposed employees to a 20-foot fall hazard in that ends of the plywood platform were suspended by unstable means and the scissor lift heights could be manipulated by others while the employees were exposed to the hazard.
