29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system 1. 23 Austen Street RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof in which a means of fall protection was not being utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the asphalt below. Observed on or about 01/05/2024.
