29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) C&H Plastics, 103 Conger Avenue, Waterville, NY 13480, on or about 1/8/2024, Employees were operating a propane powered Toyota forklift that was unsafe due to the quantity of Carbon Monoxide it was emitting inside the facility. Ambient air concentrations of carbon monoxide ranged from approximately 44ppm to 146 ppm after the operation of a propane powered Toyota forklift.
