29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about 1/9/2024, in the office of the FEMA Warehouse, there was a fire extinguisher that was not mounted. b) On or about 1/9/2024, at the entrance to the FEMA Warehouse, there was a fire extinguisher that was blocked by a table. c) On or about 1/9/2024, on the forklift in the loading area, there was a fire extinguisher that was in its box on the forklift.
