NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.859(g): During demolition, continuing inspections by a competent person were not made as the work progressed to detect hazards resulting from weakened or deteriorated floors, or walls, or loosened material. Employees were also permitted to work where such hazards existed without being corrected by shoring, bracing, or other effective means. a- 6678 Blackhorse Pike, Egg Harbor Township NJ: A competent person did not conduct continuing inspections of the jobsite during demolition activities. Workers were exposed to hazards including , but not limited to unplanned falling soffits, etc. when walking and working within the structure as demolition activities were occurring. Condition noted on or about 01/08/24. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
