29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). a) Left side of building: On or about 1/10/2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground, while working near an unprotected window opening. b) Rear of building: On or about 1/10/2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground, while working near an unprotected window opening. c) Right side of building: On or about 1/10/2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground, while working near an unprotected window opening. d) First Floor to basement: On or about 1/10/2024, employees were not protected from falls due to the absence of a stairwell mid-rail facing the front side of the building.
