29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about January 8, 2024, and times prior there to, at the Bay Wash Station, employees used hazardous chemicals without benefitting from the employer of a hazard communication program and its elements such as, but not limited to, chemical inventory list, employees' information/training on safety data sheets and hazards associated with chemicals used on site.
