Wells Meat Co. located at 982 N Delaware Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123: On or about January 9, 2024 the employer did not ensure that powered industrial truck operators operating powered trucks such as, but not limited to, Yale ERCO30AGN36TE082 Forklift and Yale MPB040-EN24T2748 Electric Pallet Jack successfully completed the training and evaluation to ensure operators have the knowledge and skills needed to operate the powered industrial trucks safely.  Training shall consist of a combination of formal instruction, practical training , and evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace.
