(b) At the high speed area, not limited to F-17 column area: On or about January 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards, in that outlet power strips electric cords were used as permanent wiring to plug wall fans.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about January 10, 2024, in the receiving/backroom, the emergency exit route was obstructed by boxes, and trash, which exposes employees to fire and entrapment hazards. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that exit doors are kept free and unobstructed.
