This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about January 10, 2023, employees were engaged in residential construction activities without fall protection. This exposed the employees to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet. The HFR Framing & Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1476612, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 871 Country Club Rd., El Paso, Texas 79927.
