29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 38 East Main Street, Vernon, CT roofing project: On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while performing residential roof repair activities without fall protection on an 6/12 pitch roof.
