29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):    a) Production shop - On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards and fire hazards  in that, the employer failed to implement a written hazard communication program for employees working with the hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to resin, catalyst and paint during the finishing fiberglass process at the facility.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a)Production shop - On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards and fire hazards in that, the employer failed to provide effective information and training to employees working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to resin, catalyst and paint during the finishing fiberglass process at the facility.

29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  a) Production shop - On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure a medical evaluation was provided to employees to determine the employees' ability to use a respirator before employees required to use the respirators in the finishing fiberglass process at the facility.
