Note: JX Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482477, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 09, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at or near 6500 Selland Loop in Bismarck, North Dakota.
