29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) 2000 Cambridge Avenue Wyomissing, PA - Jobsite, On or about January 10, 2024, Employees performed construction activities on a three-story residential apartment building were exposed to hazards associated with damage to LP Gas Systems from vehicular traffic. Corrected during the inspection, no abatement certification or documentation required.
