29 CFR 1910.263(j)(1)(iii): Cover(s) over the knife head of reciprocating blade slicer(s) were not provided with an interlocking arrangement so that the machine could not operate unless the cover was in place: On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees used a bread slicer with reciprocating blades that was not guarded, exposing the employees to the hazards of cuts, lacerations and/or amputations.
