29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) At or near 472 Preakness Ave, Paterson NJ - 3rd Floor - Front: Employees without any means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet, while engaged in framing activities, on or about  1/11/2024.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a) At or near 472 Preakness Ave, Paterson NJ - Interior Stairway: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while accessing the 2nd floor framing deck utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 01/11/24.
