29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about January 8, 2024, two employees were performing decking operations for a new residential home at approximately 14 feet from ground without the use of fall protection; exposing the employees to fall hazards.
