29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(2): The employer did not perform initial monitoring to determine each employee's exposure to methylene chloride: On or about January 30, 2024, the employer failed to perform initial monitoring to determine employees' exposure to methylene chloride. Employees work with chemicals containing methylene chloride including, but not limited to Helmitin Helmistik NF 1585 which is used as a contact adhesive.
