29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt or harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) 4000 Route 9, Freehold, NJ: Workers engaged in installing aluminum composite panels were exposed to fall hazards roughly 5 feet to the ground surface below, when operating from the basket of a JLG 460SJ Telescopic Articulating Boom Lift working on a commercial structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 01/11/2024.
