29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: 1 Hemlock Rd, Yonkers, NY a) On or about January 12, 2024 two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the ground below while engaged in roofing work on a 6-on-12 pitch roof without a means of fall protection in place.
