29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) On or about 1/11/2024, at the basement area of the site, Buffalo, NY. Employee, while installing electrical junction box on the wall, leaned an 8-foot step ladder against the wall and stepped on it. Ladders were not used for purposes for which they were designed for. Employee was exposed to fall of up to 4 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
