29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). On or about January 11, 2024, employees engaged in retail activities at the facility located at 609 Magnolia Ave - Papillion, Nebraska 68046 were exposed to health hazards as a result of the employer failed to maintain and ensure accessibility of a safety data sheet for carbon dioxide for employees at the. The safety data sheet for carbon dioxide, used to carbonate beverages, was also unavailable upon agency request. On January 6, 2024, a leak in a nozzle/bib on the beverage unit from a large cylinder of carbon dioxide, caused employees to suffer headaches, dizziness, and nausea.

On January 6, 2024, a leak in a nozzle/bib on the beverage unit from a large cylinder of carbon dioxide, caused employees to suffer headaches, dizziness, and nausea.
