Location: 109 Mountain Road Kent, CT. On or about January 12, 2024 an employee was operating a Case DV23 Double Drum Vibratory Roller. The employee maneuvered around a vehicle parked in the driveway and drove onto an unstable surface which gave way, causing the machine to roll over on top of the employee.
