29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(a):   On or about January 17, 2024, and at times prior to, on the #1 Gallon Container Labeling Line, a flexible power cord that was wired to an electrical switch box was attached to a building structure.  Employees accessed the electrical switch box to turn on and off the #3 labeling line.
