29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1):Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: Employees utilized 3-leg chain on a daily basis to move large aluminium blocks and parts weighing up to 900 lbs without any affixed tag stating size, grading, capacity or reach. Employees are lifting various aircraft parts with this sling system attached to a 3000 pound rated gimbal crane.
