(b) Tharp Cabinet Company, Facilities Maintenance Area: On or about January 17, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working around the inaccessible electrical panel due to storage of trash and debris blocking the electrical panel.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. (a)Tharp Cabinet Company: On or about January 17, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed chemical eye burns while using corrosive substances such as but not limited to battery acid. The emergency eye wash/shower station was restricted by protective coverings.
