1926.403(i)(2)(iii)  Entrances to rooms and other guarded locations containing exposed live parts operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less were not marked with conspicuous warning signs forbidding unqualified persons to enter:ALLEGED VIOLATION DESCRIPTION (A.V.D.): (a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARDS WHERE NECESSARY) 29 CFR  1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized were not rendered inoperative:  (a) 470 Friendship Rd, Harrisburg, PA -  On or about January 11, 2024, two employees were working on installing a light fixture to a branch circuit without the circuit breaker being rendered inoperative or tagged.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
