29 CFR  1926.502(k)(1):The fall protection plan did not conform to the provisions specified in 1926.502(k)(1) through (k)(10):  a) On or about 1/12/2024 at a construction site located at 6570 Campbell Road, Lockport, New York; employees were placing wooden trusses on a 1 story building with a fall height of approximately 16 feet. The employer was using a fall protection plan that did not meet the requirements to protect employees from falling. There were no other fall protection measures in place.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
