(a) East side of house - On or about January 17, 2024, the employer instructed his employees to frame the roof rafters by working from the top of the framed walls without providing a safety system, exposing employees to fall hazards. (b) West side of house - On or about January 17, 2024, the employer instructed his employees to frame the roof rafters by working from the top of the framed walls without providing a safety system, exposing employees to fall hazards.
