29 CFR  1910.147(c)(1):The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:  a. Located at Deland Bakery Inc, 931 North Woodland Blvd, Deland, Florida, 32720. The employer exposed an employee to the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy  by not establishing an energy control procedure.

At Deland Bakery Inc, located at 931 North Woodland Blvd, Deland, Florida on or about January 17, 2024 the employer exposed employees to an obstructed exit in that exit routes were not free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.
