This condition exposed employees to shock and electrocution as well as fire hazards associated with exposed wiring on the electrical box.  (b)Larry's Lumber, Inc. at 183 North Maple Street Northeast, Watertown, SD 57201:  On or about and at times prior to January 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was effectively closed, in that employees were exposed to live electrical circuits associated with a missing electrical breaker in an electrical power panel on the north wall of the Warehouse Office area.  This condition exposed employees to shock and electrocution as well as fire hazards associated with exposed wiring on the electrical box.  (c)Larry's Lumber, Inc. at 183 North Maple Street Northeast, Watertown, SD 57201:  On or about and at times prior to January 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was effectively closed, in that employees were exposed to live electrical circuits associated with a missing conduit line cover plate on the east wall conduit line above the power panel in the Quonset Building.  This condition exposed employees to shock and electrocution as well as fire hazards associated with exposed wiring on the electrical conduit lines.
