At Old CNC machine, located at 2722 NW 74th Place, Gainesville, FL: On or about January 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and health hazards, in that the compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i and there was no chip guarding on the compressed air nozzle. b. At the Bridgeport Milling machine #1, located at 2722 NW 74th Place, Gainesville, FL: On or about January 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and health hazards, in that the compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i and there was no chip guarding on the compressed air nozzle. c.
