On or about 11 January 2024, at the storage tanks site, Tamarind Reef Resort and Marina, St. Croix, VI. An advance state of corrosion in the outer lining/layer was observed; no paint coatings were in place to compensate for the corrosion loss on the diesel storage tank and on the LPG pipping connections. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

No evidence was observed, nor provided, that two (2) 5,000-gal diesel and 5,000-gal gasoline tanks were hydrostatical strength tested; no marking of such test was in place.
