29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Jobsite located at 1601 Dutton Mill Rd, Aston, PA 19014: On or about January 18, 2024, the employer did not ensure sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards. A pallet of materials was stored approximately 13 inches from the main panel in the dock area. b) Jobsite located at 1601 Dutton Mill Rd, Aston, PA 19014: On or about January 18, 2024, the employer did not ensure sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards. A table was placed approximately 19 inches in front of the electrical panel in the R&D area.
