29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 1432 Fenton Circle Lot 173 Foley AL; On or about January 18, 2024, at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet 3 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 1432 Fenton Circle Lot 173 Foley AL; On or about January 18, 2024, at times prior, the employer exposed his employee to fall hazards, the employer did not ensure his employee was trained on the use of fall protection and the hazards associated with not being trained.
