The top edge of the stair rail was measured at 56 inches. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards with an inadequate stair rail height. (b)Lighthouse Construction, Inc. at 21339 Trailside Road, Lead, SD 57754: On or about at times prior to January 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a stair rail leading to the second floor was at 37 inches and was measured at 52 inches. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards with an inadequate stair rail height.
