When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic is a possibility, precautions against such damage shall be taken.  a)  On or about 01/12/2024, during the construction of a multi story building on 140 South Union Street, located in Spencerport, New York, the employer did not enforce safety prevention measures to avoid damage to LP-Gas systems from construction vehicles such as a telehandler used on site for material handling.  Employees were exposed to fire and struck against/by hazards.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
