29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 5450 North 9th Avenue, Burlington / Cordova Mall, Pensacola, Florida: On of about January 19, 2024 and at times prior; the failed to ensure employees working from an aerial had had and were using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 40 feet to the ground below.
