Site- Employees working from the second and third floor of the two buildings being framed at the site were exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet and 16 feet where window, wall, and floor openings were not guarded. Castle Homes Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481674, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Pioneer Road, Hingham, MA 02043.
