29 CFR  1910.159(c)(2):The employer did not properly maintain the installed automatic sprinkler system. The employer did not ensure that a main drain flow test is performed on each system annually. The inspector's test valve shall be opened at least every two years to assure that the sprinkler system operates properly.  Bay areas: On or about January 19, 2024, and at times prior thereto,  employees were exposed to fire hazards when the sprinkler system was not maintained annually.
