29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.  a. 101 Center Avenue, SECAUCUS, NJ 07094  The employer failed to report inpatient hospitalization when an employee was admitted to the hospital on 01/13/2024 when an employee sustained fractured ribs and ankle  injuries while working on a senior home building under construction.  The incident was not reported to OSHA.
