OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by, crushed-by, and drowning hazards:  a) On or about January 19, 2024, at 8029 Belmont Court, Naples, FL 34117, an employee operating an Exmark Laser Z E-Series ride-on lawnmower on a slope of 18.5 to 25 degrees was exposed to struck-by, crushing, and drowning hazards.
