29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employees were not trained on the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area:   a) Water Base Department - The employer failed to train employees of the physical and health hazards of combustible cornstarch dust created by the process and collected in a dust collector within their work area, on or about January 18, 2024.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
