The employer did not ensure that all fall protection and falling object protection required by this section meet the criteria in � 1910.29, except that personal fall protection systems required by this section meet the criteria of � 1910.140. a) Location - Roof Area: On or about 01/22/2024, employees were exposed to falls when on roof areas looking for leaks without being protected from falling. b) Location - Mezzanine: On or about 01/22/2024, employees were exposed to falls working near light cover that would not support the the weight of a person. c) Location - Access to mezzanine: On or about 01/22/2024, employees were exposed to falls when accessing mezzanine where the hole between access was greater than two inches.
