29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about January 19, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees installed roofing materials at the height of 6 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems and an adequate personal fall arrest system.
