29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii): The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator was cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user: a) SMS Mill Services LLC located at 1002 South 1st Avenue, Coatesville, PA 19320 - On or about January 22, 2024, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included provisions for medical evaluations. Employees voluntarily wear respirators such as, but not limited to, 3M 7502/2782 half facepiece respirator with 3M P100 filters while performing gas torch cutting and operating cranes throughout the establishment.
