29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) Job site, 5220 Clairton Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about January 22, 2023, during framing activities, the employer did not ensure that a system was in place to identify and correct safety deficiencies at the job site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, wooden ramps used to gain access to/from the building were not properly constructed or maintained and employees worked at heights without proper fall protection.
